Cannabis Hospitality in Denver, CO a Timeline
May 2019: House Bill 19-1230 was passed by the State legislature, permitting marijuana consumption in licensed businesses.
June 2020: House Bill 20-1424 was passed, establishing standards to qualify as a marijuana social equity licensee.
April 2021: Council Bill 21-0217 was passed by the Denver city council, implementing a marijuana hospitality program that allows only social equity applicants to qualify for marijuana hospitality licenses.
November 2021: Applications for marijuana hospitality business licenses in Denver were made available.
Hospitality Business Basics
The City and County of Denver offers three distinct hospitality license types, each offering guests a unique experience at every establishment. These license types are:
- Marijuana Hospitality Business
- Marijuana Hospitality with Mobile Premises
- Marijuana Hospitality and Sales Business
Snooty Foxx is pursuing a Marijuana Hospitality and sales business license type.
Snooty Foxx of Denver is a legitimate business, even though we are not yet operational. We are registered with the Secretary of State of Colorado, and have been recognized as a finding of suitability awardee. At present, we’re in the process of obtaining a Retail Marijuana Hospitality with Sales business license.
When we are operational Snooty Foxx will allow an all in one on-premises Marijuana purchase and consumption for any adult (21+) local or visitor who possesses a valid government issued ID.

Setting the Standard for Cannabis Hospitality with Our Social Consumption Space. Our goal is to create a space that reflects the perfect blend of modernity and cleanliness while also paying homage to the mid-century design aesthetic. Our lounge will feature a biophilic design that evokes a rocky mountain vibe, with elements such as breeze blocks, plaster planters, palm trees, and hanging plants. We will use rich, natural materials such as wood and marble to create a sharp contrast against the raw concrete shells. The seating options will include large banquettes and booths, catering to both intimate experiences and large group gatherings. Our social consumption space is poised to set the standard for the future of cannabis hospitality.
Currently the sale limits at a retail hospitality and sales business for Retail marijuana only (no medical marijuana sales) 2 grams of flower, One-half gram of concentrate, and Products containing 20 mg of THC (10 mg THC per servings). Sales limits are per customer, per business day
No. Alcohol and tobacco consumption are prohibited.
When Snooty Foxx is operational our business license type is for adult-use only, meaning all guests must be 21+ with a valid form of Government ID to visit Snooty Foxx. Medical cards are not accepted.
Just bring a valid passport and you’re good to go! Unfortunately we cannot accept any other form of identification when visiting from outside the US. Photos, scans or expired forms of identification will not be accepted.
Snooty Foxx will offer guests a range of high-quality cannabis flowers, vapes, pre-packaged edibles, concentrates and extracts.
